Privacy
Process Doctor stores your account information, saved learning progress, and support requests. The lessons and virtual press do not require workplace equipment records or photographs. Records saved in earlier versions remain private to the account that created them.
Terms of use
Process Doctor is an educational training tool. It does not replace plant procedures, machine manuals, resin specifications, qualified technical judgment, lockout/tagout, or supervisor approval. Users must stay within approved process limits and stop whenever a condition may affect safety.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
The Process Room is $100 per month per subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund time already paid for. Duplicate or incorrect charges may be reviewed individually. Until self-service billing management is added, use Help & Support inside the signed-in app to request billing assistance or cancellation.
Support
After signing in, open Help & Support from the top of the app. You can report a technical problem, request billing assistance, or ask for account help without posting personal account information publicly.
Export and deletion requests
Account owners can export their records under More → Account & privacy. Any signed-in user may open Help & Support and request account or data deletion. A deletion request is reviewed before removal so another person cannot erase a shared account by mistake.
